Tatrabis is a local travel agency providing a wide range of services in Moldova and its neighbour countries.

Currently we provide full travel services in Moldova and its neighbour countries. We approach seriously and individually any request, starting with private excursions, accommodation, own ground transportation, air tickets, combined tours and finishing with incentive and team building programs, conferences, seminars and festivals.
The interest of our friends, our acquaintances, our corporate clients for whom we organized some of free time activities and programs during their stay in Moldova inspired us to provide authentic trips to our country based on commercial principles.
Through enthusiasm, creativity, flexibility, we have gained thrust among our individual clients, as well as our partners. For 13 years, the company has grown from three to twenty members who are highly professional people. As a travel agency, DMC and event agency, we offer our services to individual visitors, small groups up to 10-12 participants, and large groups from our partner tour operators, for whom we prepare tailor-made programs as well as to event groups that are interested in incentive tours and in MICE services.
Thousands of tourists from 49 countries had confidence in us and chose us for visiting Moldova. In 2014, based on its professionalism, Tatrabis became one of the founders of the National Inbound Tourism Association of Moldova (ANTRIM), which aim is the development of tourism in the country. Booking Terms and Conditions
DO WE EVER CANCEL TOURS?
Almost never. It is extremely rare for us to cancel a tour if someone has already booked on it. This is very uncommon. As we require full tour payment at 30 days before the departure, that is the latest date at which we will wait to guarantee a departure. Every week we receive more bookings. Will make every attempt to operate a tour, we do reserve the right to cancel a tour, at any time, due to reasons beyond our control that might create unsafe or undesirable travel conditions. Cancellations and changes can be caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, strikes or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your holiday must be paid in full at least 30 days before the departure date. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking. It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure the Company receives payment in full by the due date. No reminders will be sent. All special requests, such as dietary requirements, etc. should be specified during the conversation with the travel manager.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
Occasionally it may be deemed necessary to make changes to your holiday and the Company reserves the right to do so at any time, and you will be notified of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity. If a major change to your tour is necessary, providing it does not arise from circumstances beyond the Company’s control, you may choose (i) to accept the change of arrangements (ii) to purchase another holiday from us or (iii) to cancel your holiday.
The Company reserves the right to cancel your holiday at any time before the date of departure, even after a confirmation notice has been sent. If your holiday is cancelled the Company will refund in full the money you have already paid. No compensation will be payable.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY YOU
You may cancel your holiday at any time providing you notify the Company in writing. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to your arrival – no penalty fees;
Cancellation 29 – 20 days prior to your arrival – penalty 30% of tour cost for each cancelled person;
Cancellation 19 – 10 days prior to your arrival – penalty 50% of tour cost for each cancelled person;
Cancellation 9 – 4 days prior to your arrival – penalty 75% of tour cost for each cancelled person;
Cancellation 3 – 0 days prior to your arrival – penalty 100% of tour cost for each cancelled person.
WHAT ARE GUARANTEED DEPARTURES?
Guaranteed Departures are tour dates that we can already confirm are 100% certain to run as they already have the minimum number of people booked. A guaranteed departure means that the tour will definitely operate on the day it is scheduled and will not be cancelled. All guaranteed departures will run except in the event of a natural disaster or other similarly disruptive event that is beyond our control. To guarantee a departure we normally require 2 paying passengers. This means that if the tour you want to book is NOT guaranteed yet, it is very likely that it WILL be after you book.
MY TOUR IS NOT GUARANTEED, SHOULD I WORRY?
No, not at all. It usually means we are waiting for 1 more person to book your tour. It may also mean that we are still working to confirm a specific tour service.
BENEFITS OF GUARANTEED DEPARTURES
The main benefit of guaranteed departures is that you can safely book a guaranteed tour. Guaranteed departures give you peace of mind that you can book when you want to and the reassurance that the tour will definitely operate as scheduled. If you find a great deal on airfare and your departure is guaranteed, you can book it knowing your tour will definitely run. More people are likely to book on guaranteed departures so groups will be more interesting, diverse and enjoyable.

We’re proud of our Single-Share Program: if you are a solo traveler on a guaranteed tour and wish to share a room, we will make every effort to find a same-gender roommate for you. If you choose to stay in a single room instead of a double room during the tour, you will be required to pay the single-supplement fee.
We must collect personal information from Clients in order to give effect to any booking, to deliver the Products and any collateral services, and to assist in evaluating such Products. Our company takes care to safeguard all Client information and protect the privacy of all of our Clients. We collect, use and disclose only that information reasonably required to enable us to provide the particular Product(s) that you have requested. In particular, we may share your information, as necessary, with our Third Party Suppliers and operators who deliver services or component parts of Product to Clients, in order to enable them to provide such products and services.
